Suck It Up Buttercup Cross Stitch Kit

This fun kit is a cheeky little stitch for when tough love is in order!

Featuring DMC stranded cotton and a hint of shimmer from DMC Étoile thread, it’s a playful project with a decent dose of sass. Stitch it up for yourself or someone who appreciates tough love—with a side order of flowers, of course.

Stitched in full cross stitches on 14 count biscuit coloured aida, the finished piece fits perfectly in a 6 inch (15 cm) hoop. The pattern is designed to be a little big for the hoop, with some of the stitches rolling over the edge of the visible surface area.

• DMC mouline stranded cotton threads, pre cut in 1m lengths

• Size 24 John James tapestry needle
• A4 colour chart, printed on recycled paper

Boxed Kits include all items listed in the Basics Kit, plus:

• 6 inch Elbesee British made hardwood embroidery hoop
• Acrylic felt fabric square for backing your project if you wish
• A second, spare needle
• Tissue lined, labelled box – perfect for gifting.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped second class in the UK. I typically ship on Monday or Tuesday only (allowing for Bank Holidays) due to family and care commitments. If you need something rushed, please contact me before placing an order so that I can confirm whether it's possible to get it shipped sooner.

I avoid single use plastics wherever possible and the majority of orders ship in paper or card based containers, recycled wherever possible. Any plastic-based mailers used are done so with careful consideration to make sure your order reaches you safely. These mailers are recyclable with biodegradable additive because I care greatly about the planet, and I encourage you to reuse them wherever possible.
